I know how hard it can be to feel alone in your suffering.
I also know that healing is possible. I bring not only clinical expertise but human presence: open, curious, and real.
Services
Individual
Psychotherapy
Work through trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship or family concerns, or larger existential questions in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Together we clarify patterns, build resilience, and create conditions for meaningful change.
Couples
Therapy
Improve communication, intimacy, and connection while navigating conflict or life transitions with compassion and clarity. I help couples slow reactive patterns, understand underlying emotions and needs, and cultivate deeper trust and repair.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine, when used in a safe therapeutic setting, can open access to parts of the self that are otherwise difficult to reach. Many clients experience KAP as a powerful reset that loosens entrenched narratives and reconnects them with purpose and possibility.
