About Me
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY29429) and ordained Zen practitioner with over a decade of experience working with child trauma survivors, veterans, and people from all walks of life—including those navigating complex intersections of race, gender, class, culture, and worldview. My background includes:
PhD in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University
Extensive training in trauma recovery at UCSF and psychedelic-assisted therapy through MAPS and the Polaris Insight Center
Decades of meditation practice and a lifelong engagement with literature, philosophy, and meaning-making
But more important than credentials: I know how hard it can be to feel alone in your suffering. I also know that healing is possible. I bring not only clinical expertise but human presence—attuned, grounded, and real.
