Payment
I accept cash, check, or Venmo. Payment is requested prior to the start of each session. Returned checks incur a $30 fee.
I do not accept insurance. To my knowledge, most insurance companies do not currently reimburse for KAP. Some may provide partial reimbursement for preparation, medicine, or integration sessions.
Upon request, I can provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your policy.
Fees are subject to periodic review; you will receive at least two weeks’ notice of any change.
Cancellation
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee. This policy reflects the time reserved exclusively for you and supports the sustainability of my practice.
