I offer psychotherapy for adults and couples, and ketamine‑assisted therapy (KAP) for individuals who are ready to do real inner work—to face what hurts, uncover what’s been hidden, and live with greater truth and freedom.
Many of the people I work with have lived through experiences that were too painful, shameful, or confusing to name at the time. You might still carry those memories in silence, or feel echoes of them in your body and relationships. My role is to help you make sense of what happened, release what no longer serves you, and begin to create a life that feels meaningful and alive.
My approach draws on modern psychoanalysis, neuroscience, Zen practice, and a lifelong study of literature and philosophy. That means we look deeply and honestly at how you became who you are, what patterns keep you stuck, and what wants to emerge next.
Whether through traditional talk therapy or the expanded states of ketamine‑assisted psychotherapy, our work is collaborative, compassionate, and real. I’ll meet you exactly where you are—with curiosity, respect, and the belief that even the hardest experiences can become part of your transformation.
